Answers to what people ask most, and how to reach a person when the answer is not here.
Getting started
What this is and how to begin.
What is ThinkCollab?
A creator marketplace for India. Brands and agencies search a directory of reviewed creators, compare them side by side, agree scope and fee in a contract both sides sign, and run the campaign in the same place. Creators build a professional listing, set their own rates and get discovered.
Do I need an account to look around?
No. The creator directory, the filters and every individual listing are public. An account is needed only to save a shortlist, send a collaboration request, or list yourself as a creator.
How do I get my creator profile live?
Complete onboarding — your photo, what you make, where you are based and the accounts you post on — then submit for review. Nobody publishes themselves: a person checks every listing before it appears in the directory.
Contracts and earnings
What is agreed, and what you have been paid.
How is a collaboration agreed?
Scope, deliverables, timeline and fee are fixed in a contract both parties sign. Everything after that — submissions, approvals, payments — is recorded against that signed agreement rather than an informal quote, and the trail cannot be edited after the fact.
Where do I see what I have earned?
On the Earnings screen. It shows two figures that are deliberately not the same number: your balance is what ThinkCollab holds for you right now, and earned to date counts every release you have ever had, before any payout, so it never falls. The statement below them lists every posting in the ledger — there is no other record.
Can I change anything on the Earnings screen?
No, and that is intentional. Every line is a ledger posting, so the page is read-only by design. If a figure looks wrong, contact us rather than expecting to correct it there.
Your account
Settings, your team, and staying secure.
How do I change the theme, language or timezone?
Settings, then Account. Theme applies to what you are looking at the moment you pick it and is saved to your account, so it follows you to the next device you sign in on. Your timezone decides how every deadline, report and timestamp in the product is shown to you.
What do Active, Idle and Offline mean beside a name?
Active and Idle are what that person chose, from the menu behind their photo. Offline is not a choice — it is worked out from their not having been seen recently, which is why somebody who closed their laptop shows as offline without having told us anything.
How do I add someone to my workspace?
From the Team screen. Each person is invited by email and given a role, and the role decides what they can do — who can invite others, change roles, sign contracts or see money.
How do I secure my account?
Settings, then Security. You can change your password, turn on two-factor authentication, and see every device with an active session — signing out any you do not recognise.
I cannot sign in. What now?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen to set a new one. If the reset email does not arrive, check the address you registered with and your spam folder, then email us — this page is public precisely so you can read it while locked out.
Contact us
If the answer is not above, write to us. Tell us the email address on your account and what you were doing when it went wrong — it is the difference between one reply and four.
Already working with someone here? Campaign questions are best asked in that campaign’s own conversation, where the brief and the deliverables are.

Social accounts and audience figures
Connecting platforms, and what we do with the access.
Which platforms can I connect?
Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages and YouTube channels can be connected today. TikTok is built but not yet open — it needs an approved TikTok developer app before it can issue the credentials the connection requires, so its card reads "Coming soon" rather than offering a button that could only fail.
What does ThinkCollab do with a connected account?
It reads your username, profile picture and follower count, and the audience figures the platform provides — reach, views and engagement, plus age, gender and location where the platform supplies them. That is the whole of it.
Will you post anything on my behalf?
Never. We do not post, publish or schedule anything. We do not read or send direct messages. We do not read, hide or reply to comments. The permissions requested are read-only, and none is requested that the product does not actually read.
Can I disconnect an account later?
Yes, from the Social accounts screen at any time. Disconnecting deletes the stored connection, and the access token with it.
Why does my listing say my figures are self-reported?
Because you typed them in rather than importing them. Numbers entered by hand are provisional: they are checked against a screenshot of your insights during review, figures that do not match are rejected, and repeated mismatches pause verification. Connecting the account instead imports the figures directly and skips all of that.
How does verification work?
You prove you control the accounts you list, your analytics are imported from the platform rather than typed into a form, your audience quality is scored, and then a person reviews the result before the listing goes live.
